The TCU Horned Frogs have made a significant addition to their 2027 recruiting class by securing a commitment from three-star cornerback Noah Gillespie. The announcement came on June 9, 2026, as Gillespie chose TCU over offers from notable programs such as Oklahoma State, Arizona, UCLA, and Auburn. Standing at 5-foot-11 and weighing 175 pounds, Gillespie is recognized as one of Oklahoma's top high school prospects, currently ranked as the No. 15 player in the state. During his junior season, he showcased his skills by recording 37 tackles, including 31 solo stops, along with 18 pass breakups and four interceptions, helping his team, Broken Arrow, achieve a 9-3 record. His impressive performance on the field, where he did not allow a single touchdown, caught the attention of TCU's new assistant coach, Benny Boyd. Gillespie's commitment marks the eighth pledge for the Horned Frogs in the 2027 class and the first cornerback addition, further strengthening their defensive lineup for the future.
